The Minori Kaiseki features seasonal dishes that highlight the richness of local harvests,
including Zao beef steak and Yamagata beef shabu-shabu, prepared with care to capture the warmth of the region.
Dinner is served in our newly renovated dining room, with complimentary beverages to accompany your meal.
